The Leela Palace Bengaluru
We look forward to welcoming you to celebrate with us at the luxurious Leela Palace, Bengaluru - with a pink sandstone facade, copper domes and ivy-covered walls, this palace hotel is perhaps the most recognizable of Bengaluru’s landmarks.
We have arranged a special room rate (~250 USD + tax) at the Leela for our guests, where all of our wedding events will take place. Meals will be provided throughout the celebrations, and guests who book through our link will also enjoy daily complimentary breakfast, along with 15% off the hotel’s restaurants, room service, bar, and spa. In addition, all guests staying at the Leela will receive airport transportation, courtesy of the Aundhia and Patel families.
Should you choose to stay elsewhere, you are still most welcome to attend all the wedding events at the Leela Palace, however, transportation will not be provided.

**Room Requests & Special Notes**
• To request 2 twin beds instead of a king, please enter the request under “Reservation Details” during checkout.
• The booking link allows a maximum of 3 guests per room. If you are booking for 2 adults and 2+ children, please contact us at minal.kishan2026@gmail.com and we will assist you.
• Booking dates are available a few days before and after November 4–7 for anyone arriving early or extending their stay.
• Please decline the hotel’s add-on options for curated meal experiences and airport transfers, as these will already be provided for our guests.
• Please note that a valid ID is required at check-in. International guests must present their passport, as international driver’s licenses are not accepted.
Transporation
For guests staying at the Leela Palace, arrangements will be made for your transportation from Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru. Upon arrival, our representative will be waiting for you at the exit points with a placard which reads “Minal & Kishan” and escort you to your vehicle for transfer to the Leela Palace hotel. Transportation will also be provided from the Leela to Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru.
VISA
Unless you are an Indian citizen, you will need a visa to travel to India. The Indian government provides tourists with e-Visas.

Once a visa application is successfully processed by the Indian consulate, applicants will receive an approval letter, via e-mail.
Please print out a copy of the approval letter, which you will need to show the Indian immigration desk upon arrival. Immigration officials will then stamp the Indian travel visa in your passport.
